RHQ web hosting uses Plesk, a panel where you manage the websites, email, databases and SSL certificates for your domains.
Log in to Plesk
The panel link, username and password are in your service activation email or in the client area at my.rhqhosting.com.

Where your website files live
Each domain has its own folder. The public site is in httpdocs: everything you put there is served at https://yourdomain.com. The start file must be called index.html or index.php.
